As you can see at the top of this web page, homes, cars and watches of this caliber are well within reach of anyone willing to put in the time and effort in this business.

I guarantee you that there will be nothing underhanded about the way we go about building your business into a huge success. If your business is successful, our Underhand Team is successful.  I chose “Underhand” because of the success I achieved (94.7% in my best season) shooting my free throws in this manner. Our goal is to also attain a very high percentage of sign-ups and cell phone users to our team, as well as developing a very high number of Presidential Level team members.

In order to accomplish our lofty goal, I am planning on bringing in other known, successful athletes from various sports. If you are a sports fan, you will recognize the names and appreciate the quality individuals who will be a part of your team as well.  I have always felt that a sure way to achieve success is to be surrounded by the best people possible. This is what I will endeavor to accomplish with my Underhand Team.  This doesn’t mean we will only recruit athletes and proven business men and women.  Anyone with the proper attitude and commitment is the type of person we want as a part of the team.

In addition, those reps who demonstrate the ability to recruit effectively will be rewarded with additional leads to help them grow their business.  Individual success, within the team framework, is what will grow our team into a championship caliber organization.

A well known fact is that in order to be successful in a team sport everyone must work together. There can be no selfishness. The team comes first. Well, that is the approach and attitude that we have on this team. If you aren’t willing to adhere to these principles, this is not the team for you. By your willingness to follow our coaching/directions, everyone will advance and benefit from the Lightyear Compensation Program.  However, you can rest assured that we are open to your suggestions on how to better accomplish our goal of being the #1 team in the Lightyear Wireless family.  In no way do we feel that we have all of the answers.  We look forward to your input.
