5-Star Alaskan Adventure at Boardwalk Lodge

If you love fishing, you need to go on this amazing trip to Alaska’s Boardwalk Lodge, a sportsman's paradise! Voted "Alaska Lodge of the Year" three times and the “North America Lodge of the Year for 2010, this breathtaking oceanfront lodge offers the best of both worlds: exceptional saltwater and freshwater fishing.

Depending on my availability, I plan on being at the Lodge sometime during the 2016 season.

This world-class fishing lodge bears the elite Orvis endorsement demonstrating its exceptional fishing, facilities and commitment to excellence as one of the best fishing lodges in Alaska. Their Orvis endorsed guides lead daily freshwater excursions with your choice of 23 lakes, rivers and streams nearby.  USCG certified skippers operate their fleet of 28-foot boats for saltwater adventures targeting King Salmon, Halibut, Chum Salmon, Silver Salmon, Pink Salmon, Ling Cod and several other species.

The lodge is located in the lush rainforest of Prince of Wales Island, just 35 minutes by float plane from Ketchikan in Southeast Alaska.  At Boardwalk Lodge, it's not just about the fishing. The lodge staff works tirelessly to ensure your Alaska adventure will be most memorable.

I strongly suggested you make arrangements for a trip in 2016 as far in advance as is possible because the dates at the lodge get booked quickly and getting flights to Alaska in the summer can be difficult if they are not made months in advance..

***It is very important you understand that the accommodations are two to a room.***
